Quality Policy
Internacional de Productos Metálicos, S.L. is a company located in Vitoria and founded in October 1988, although it began operating in the first months of 1989.
In I.P.M. S.L. the objective that guides and motivates us is to provide maximum satisfaction of the client and other interested parties. To achieve this we consider that the path is continuous improvement using our Quality Management System according to ISO 9001. Key strategic instrument to achieve competitiveness, profitability, survival and continuous development of our company.
Under this commitment, we adopt the obligation to comply with all legal, regulatory and customer requirements applicable to our activity of distribution of fasteners (both standard and special) as well as those necessary for the continuous improvement of the management system.
Involving all staff in achieving these objectives, we will provide the necessary technical, material and human resources.
We will establish control processes focused on the prevention and resolution of non-conformities through a Quality system that allows us to recognize, detect and study the possible causes and solve them through improvement actions.
Specific annual objectives for quality improvement will be imposed, which will be regularly monitored by the Management.
Communication will be channeled so that all the staff of our company know the policy, objectives and importance of the Quality Management System implemented to ensure its correct interpretation.
IPM makes this policy public for its knowledge and dissemination, expressing the commitment to communicate it and make it understood, and to establish and review the Quality objectives for its continuous improvement.
